Per our recent posts, we just went over some of the new colorways that will dropping on YEEZY DAY. There will not only just be a few new releases dropping, we will see plenty of restocks launching also, here’s the rundown.

Starting back in July of 2019, we hear rumors of a huge ‘deadstock day’ coming the following month. Our sources let us know that YEEZY is planning to drop a bunch of left over stock. This was stock that had built up in warehouses over time, all they way back the first 750 drop. YEEZY never releases every pair that is made for each launch, even if they sell out.

Due to how popular a whole day of YEEZY restocks became, YEEZY & adidas decided to keep this semi-annual tradition going. So the beginning of August has now taken on the name YEEZY DAY. What was once a way to get rid of built up stock, has now became a reason for them to make new pairs of colorways and models that have already released, and then drop them all on the same day.

2021 was the first time they made it a 2 day event, launching in North America the first day and Europe and Asia Pacific the next. As our calendar suggests, YEEZY DAY will be 2 days this year, on August 1st and 2nd. This will consist of new releases dropping on each day plus a ton of restocks. It’s unclear if each country will have 2 days of releases and have the chance to grab all the new releases, or if the new colorways will be split up between each region.

They usually drop about 20-30 differnt skus throughout the day, making it an all day event. If you plan to participate you should plan to be in front of a computer all day. In the past each drop lasts about 30 mins, and will be split up between adidas and YEEZY Supply, with some of the new releases possibly going to stores. Now that Confirmed is back, most of the adidas drops will be on there as raffles, YEEZY Supply will be the usual waiting room, last year they also implemented exclusive access during the event. Below is a partial list of what to expect to drop, including new releases and restocks. Be sure to keep it locked to all our social medias to stay up to date on all things YEEZY.

UPDATE 6/16/22: As we were doing some digging we noticed on the backend, that a lot of past releases have higer retails than they did when they originally dropped. The new retails are in line with the $10 price increase we have seen in 2022. It’s likely that’s these will be part of YEEZY DAY, or part of exclusive access drops on YD.
