The YEEZY 700 V2 STATIC is the original colorway for the sequel to the 700 model. This update features the same chunky midsole as well as a layered upper the 700 is known for. The 700 V2 while inspired from a plethora of 90’s running sneakers still has a more modern feel.
The Static first dropped December 29th, 2018 and was an adidas instore and Yeezy Supply exclusive drop. Featuring an upper composed of grey roller knit and premium leather with grey and white nubuck overlays. Fused Three stripe reflective details sit at the midfoot portion on the medial and lateral sides, with more reflective details throughout.
The iconic retro inspired 700 midsole finished in matching white incases adidas’ full-length drop in BOOST™ technology providing superior comfort. The midsole is supported underfoot with a black rubber outsole. Other details include half oval reflective laces, and ortholite insole.
Look for these to restock on YEEZY DAY in August, this time in full family sizing. As of now it’s unknown if both days will be separate like last year or if it will be a 2 day event in each area. There will be a number of new releases dropping and of course a ton of restocks. We will keep you updated as it gets closer to August.
